merry, merry

Gently, it started snowing. Tiny little flakes. Not enough to form a snowball, let alone a snowman. Just enough to add a little sparkle.

Somehow, it doesn't feel like Christmas without it.

With the addition of a few simple pinecones, merry little lights, and a few brightly colored ribbons, Christmas has arrived.

A wreath for every window.

And a little sparkle for every leaf.

Somehow, not only for Christmas
But all the long year through,
The joy that you give to others
Is the joy that comes back to you.

~John Greenleaf Whittier

May you be blessed with the merriest of holidays. And maybe a little sparkle, too.

Your home is just beautiful, Molly. the wreaths on each window is just the perfect touch. Our light dusting has already melted but I captured it long enough on the treehouse to enjoy it. It's so unusual to not have a white Christmas in West MI. We're holding out for a snowy miracle but we might just have to settle for our paper snowflakes indoors.

Have a blessed Christmas!

Such a pretty Christmas welcome at your house! I don't know whether we will have any snow for Christmas! It's raining today. Chance of snow/rain on Christmas Day. I'm hoping it ends up being snow. I love seeing snowflakes falling on Christmas.

Merry Christmas to you and yours.

Merry Christmas dear Molly! Love the dotty ribbon on a natural wreath.

I'm glad you got a bit of snow. We keep getting dustings so hopefully we'll have some on Christmas!

PS package arrived and is awaiting being put in my stocking on Christmas Eve! ♥
