Is organization the key to happiness?
Although, I've no proof of that...
Anecdotal evidence suggests it's a possibility.
A family of six has quite a collection of footwear. As we don't wear shoes in the house, picture the pile. Spotted a vintage plant stand at an estate sale. After a quick coat of paint and the addition of a few locker baskets, the girls sorted through their favorites. We've narrowed the assortment to a chosen few per girl. Flip flops, sadly, were relegated to storage. Next spring, they'll meet again.

This is the perfect idea!!! I am going to be on the lookout for something like this. As you know I have girls too...and man do they have some shoes, and boots, and tennis shoes!!

I'd love to say that our mudroom looked that organized, but it's a disaster again. I need to hide the flip flops. It actually hit 80 degrees again today. Crazy!

hi sweet- just back from two weeks holidays and yes our flip flops are now packed away too!!
there is nothing in the world like feeling organised- i totally agree...although we have one less set of toes in our house, we do have a boy- which means regular shoes and football(soccer) boots and two horse riding girls- all that gear!!
