I'm dreaming of a tiny Swedish cottage by the sea...
400 square feet, to be exact.
Everything you need, absolutely diminutive in size.
The cottage is on a darling little island an hour from Stockholm (by boat) called Resarö in the Stockholm Archipelago. With one store on the island, loads of cute cottages, and gardens, it sounds like my idea of heaven.
In just two weeks, we're making our annual trek to an island on the Great Lakes. I dream of buying a small cottage on the shore, splashing lots of white paint all over it, and making it our own. One day, it's going to happen.

I'm guessing which island you might be visiting on the Great lakes...Beaver, Drummond? Your dreamy tiny cottage is delightful. It honestly reminds me of your dreamy playhouse.

I'm dreaming right there with you! The lakes are beautiful! We are always over there during the summer, especially when it's SO hot! :)

Hi, I wish you plenty of luck to realize your dream of a little cottage.
In our last holydays in June we lived in a little dream cottage with a wonderful garden around. But unfortunatly the sun was hiding during the week and we could not really enjoy the garden. But anyway, this old house was almost like paradise.

i have a similar dream ... a tiny place on cape cod. my sister, just realized her dream and purchased a small cabin on a lake. she is having the best time shabbifying it all up. hopefully i'll visit there soon with my trusty camera.
