bit o'green

Are you ready for tomorrow?

The girls are planning their green ensembles, I'm working on something fun for dinner, and maybe a surprise or two. We're all looking forward to celebrating St. Patrick's Day.

Funny girl...
My littlest daughter explaining in great detail with much animation all about lil' leprechauns to a very appreciative audience, her big sisters. She has quite the imagination and maybe, a flair for drama. She seems to have mixed up leprechaun mythology with the newly hatched chicks from her little class at school.

I love it when my girls all sit together laughing, it's literally music to my ears.

Everyone's a wee bit Irish on St. Paddy's Day.

Oh, so sweet! Love the adorable shamrocks, love the dress, and those little green shoes put a big smile on my face!

I have three daughters...all growing up so fast! I miss those days leprechauns and fairies...and tiny green shoes...

Thanks for the smiles and the memories...

What beautiful images. I just love all things girly (and vintage). Enjoy St. Patty's day. Thank you for your sweet comment on our Family Adoption Anniversary! I think we'll be celebrating this milestone all week. Cheers!

Wish I could squeeze my toes into those cute little shoes! When my kids were little I always used to pack them a green lunch...tried to get all the items in shades of green. Our local bagel shop always did green bagels - a great addition to the lunch bag!

so true -- whenever i listen to my boys laugh or share secrets together -- it's pure bliss to me.

last year our neighbor told us to set leprechaun traps on 3/16. very fun. will probably skip today since it is damp and rainy.

have a festive st. patrick's day! your images are pure cuteness!

Oh, I'll bet that was the sweetest story. She's going to be perfectly dressed for the day too :-) Has it warmed up there? This looks like such a sunny little outfit.
