Who was it who said...'if you want a rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain'? Well, I braved the cold yesterday and did a quick run-through of the monthly antique market. I found these sweet little crocheted drinking-glass sleeves, that I didn't know I needed.
The vintage embroidered cover for the blender was among some other goodies waiting for me. The cheerful colors spoke to me.

My granddaughter Zoe is our rainbow child...:) she colors almost everything in a rainbow of colors. One of her great grandmas crocheted her a rainbow scarf recently. I will have to snap a photo of her in it to share! :)

I have never seen a blender cover that stinkin' cute before! Good thing you braved the weather. You truly were rewarded with a rainbow. Now... I wonder if I could replicate that crochet cup holder pattern for my own set of juice glasses... You got me thinking today! ;-)
